Free Waiver

To obtain a free waiver for this upcoming film festival August 1-3, 2025 please follow the guidelines listed below:

1. You must be between 13 to 17 years of age.

2. You must create a free FilmFreeway account by going to www.filmfreeway.com. Follow their instructions as this is a submission platform we use but is not part of our organization.

3. Make sure you indicate your age on your profile. You can also upload your identification. Make sure to block out everything except your name and age.

4. Once you have an account and have uploaded your work, send us an email to info@urbanitefest.org with a link to your work. In the subject please type the words REQUEST FOR FREE WAIVER.

5. We will verify your age on your link and send you a one-time waiver code.

6. Limit one free waiver code per artist is allowed.

7. If you wish to submit more than one work of art, please ask for a 50% discount code. 

8. For a discount, please email us at info@urbanitefest.org and request it. In the subject line, please type the words: REQUEST FOR 30% DISCOUNT. This is for artists 18 and 26 years of age only.
